Human CD8+ T Cells are immunomagnetically isolated from human peripheral mononuclear cells blood using negative selection. Cells are derived from healthy, consented donors and are screened for Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, HIV-1 and HIV-2, HTLV, and Syphilis.
